The Branch Administrator is responsible for: the overall clinical, financial, regulatory performance and daily operations of skilled home health and personal care service lines according to company policies, procedures, and standards, law and regulation. Also hire, train and supervises the Account Executive, Office Manager, Clinical Manager(s), and other staff; ensures availability and provision of care and services through recruiting, employing, training, and retaining qualified staff; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for all services; assures the quality and growth of the agency through effective promotion and administrative practices and in accordance with regulatory and practice standards.
Must have home health management experience. Local candidate strongly preferred.
Job Requirements
Qualification Requirements of Home Health Branch Administrator:
Registered nurse required. Must be currently licensed in the state of agency operation. At least Bachelors level education preferred, but will consider experience.
A minimum of five years healthcare experience required, with three years of experience in home health required
Must possess two or more years of experience in management of staff and operations
Must have strong knowledge of local market and experience and comfort with sales process
Knowledge of federal and state regulations, as well as Medicare regulations for home health. This position is bonus eligible.
