Professional Healthcare Resources, a leader in Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care services in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland area, seeks a passionate and enthusiastic Personal Care Program Manager to join our team. This a TEMP to HIRE Position. 
 

Job Description

 

A professional responsible for all aspects of the Personal Care/Private Duty (PC/PD) program within a designated branch including financial performance, regulatory compliance, recruitment, retention and training of staff, efficiency of operations, customer service and business growth and development.  The PCPM will sell, grow and improve PC/PD; promote quality services in accordance with established agency policies and procedures, assuring the quality and growth of the agency; complies with federal, state and local guidelines for all services.

You must possess the following qualifications and experience:

 

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college required, preferably with a focus in health care
  • Five years experience in home care
  • Two years experience in a supervisory/management role
  • Prefer two years experience in business development
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change in policies and/or agency processes
  • Additional knowledge of federal and state regulations for PC/PD strongly preferred
  • Good command of the English Language
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Basic IT Skills
