POSITION SUMMARY
A therapy professional responsible for ensuring quality total patient care through assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation of patient needs through therapy care plans for each assigned patient; responsible for effectiveness of measures implemented, under the direction of the physician, Clinical Manager, and Physical Therapist, to resolve active problems of the patient and to provide stronger self care techniques; provides appropriate patient/family/caregiver teaching; promotes quality services in accordance with established agency policies and procedures; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for all services; meets budgeted productivity standards, and assures the quality and growth of the agency.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must be a Licensed Practican Therapist Assistant licensed in the state(s) of operation, have a minimum of two years of appropriate experience as an LPTA and is ready to travel.
